It's a great tutorial. I want to know how to create, for example, a wiki type restricted to 500 chars which name could be "Story" and add it to my cynin instance.

For create a new content typ are some ways:
- Creating a new content with TTW method using the GenericPloneContent product (http://plone.org/products/genericplonecontent)
- Create a new content with ZopeSkel+PasteScript on filesystem or
- You try to add the ZWiki product (http://plone.org/products/zwiki) at Cyn.in following this tutorial ;)
