Where can I find explanations about the list of existing workflow policies in space setup?
What is the difference between Intranet, Old Plone, One state, Simple publication, Space workflow, Space content workflow, Space review content workflow, Global Recyclebin Workflow, Default Policy?
What is the difference between Intranet, Old Plone, One state, Simple publication, Space workflow, Space content workflow, Space review content workflow, Global Recyclebin Workflow, Default Policy?
For this Folder - sets the policy for the space container.
Below this folder - sets the workflow policy for content in space.
The supported content workflow policies are as below
Space content workflow - This workflow enables collaboration workflow on the content making the content available to all contributors and publishing the same forward by contributor to anonymous / viewers
Space review workflow - This workflow is same as space content workflow with the exception for additional review step where users with “Can Review” permissions are only allowed to publish the content further to anonymous / viewers.
Global Recyclebin workflow - This is a system used workflow for controlling deleted content.
Default Policy - This workflow enables a publishing workflow on the content making the content available directly to viewers by default.
All other workflow policies are available for legacy reasons and should not be used.
