Some very good ideas and comments - pretty much echoes my organisations view on Cyn.in. The features are great but some are "mismatched" with we've come to expect from usage of similar plattforms (the top-most entry bar used for creating new discussions as opposed to status-updates). Conceptually there seems to be more of a focus around Spaces than "me" in current releases, and I do believe that going for more "me" (my interests, the people I follow, Spaces I'd like to know about) woud solve a lot of issues a larger organisation might have. We're considering rolling out a version for over 1 000 users so some of these issues really are key.

Nice work Tom. Thanks. I'm especially interested in bring external content into cyn.in such as blog feeds.

Thanks Tom for your thoughts and work. We have been using Cynin in an Academic context for almost one and a half semester and I share much of your thoughts, specially the ones related with spaces navigation. My explorations on cynin are always marginal and we have several instances running for different communities, but as a full time teacher with four courses I can't get the proper time to be as active in this community as I would like, so thanks (I don't know how you make so much!, but I really appreciate it). I have problems reading your screens on the pdf and I don't have (or want to) a google account. ¿Could you share them here?. ¿Are you aware of more educational institutions working on Cynin?
