Checkin and file names
I have a situation where I link to a file in a wiki. Now people check out the file and check it back in. The only way I can get a check in to work is to replace the existing file. In the process the file name has changed. Windows has added the 'filename(2)' i.e. the unique number to the file name and a new baseline is created. I cannot get the checkin to work without replacing the existing file, is there a way to do it?

Yes, to get check in to work properly, you will have to replace the existing file with the new file. After you are done editing your file on your computer, rename it to the original filename and upload it to Cyn.in to checkin the file. Cyn.in will automatically handle the versions for you.
