Sync.in Offers Instant Collaborative Document Editing

The biggest selling point for Sync.in, clean and easy to use interface aside, is how simple it is to invite someone to collaborate with you. You can go from loading the editor at Sync.in to inviting collaborators in a matter of seconds. Each collaborator is assigned a color and all text they edit or add is highlighted in that color. To the right side of the document—which we've loaded in a very small browser window in the screenshot above just so we could crunch all the elements into a smaller picture for you!—is a chat window so collaborators can communicate while they're editing.
