Adding Widgets to Dashboards

This article will guide you through adding, editing, and deleting KPI widgets on your dashboard.

Select a Dashboard or Create a New One

  1. Open the Numerics app, choose an existing dashboard, or tap the "+" button to create a new one.

  2. Provide a name for your new dashboard and press the “Save” button.

Choose an Integrated Service

  1. Tap the "+" button in the top-right corner of your newly created dashboard.

  2. Browse the list of available services and select the one you want to integrate.

Pick a Pre-designed Widget

  1. After selecting a service, browse or search for a suitable widget to visualize your KPI.

  2. Tap on the widget to proceed with the configuration.

Configure the Widget

  1. Authenticate and add an account with the Selected Service by following the prompts to connect.

  2. Choose the profile objects, such as views or projects, for which you want to see metrics.

  3. Tap "Save" to add the widget to your dashboard.

Editing and Updating Widgets

To keep your KPIs relevant, it's essential to edit and update your widgets regularly. Follow these steps to adjust your widget settings:

  1. Tap on the widget to open its settings from the zoom view.

  2. Make the necessary changes, such as adjusting profile objects, selecting a different account, or modifying the time frame for the metric.

  3. Tap "Save" to apply your changes.

Deleting Widgets

If you need to delete a widget from your dashboard, follow these steps. Note that this will only remove the widget from the interface, without deleting the connected account or data from the service.

  1. Tap and hold the widget you want to delete.

  2. Select "Delete" from the context menu that appears.

  3. Confirm the deletion to remove the widget from your dashboard.
